1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SEED – She Empowers EveryDay, a platform operated by Ivirth at https://seed.ivirth.in (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for individuals aged 18 or older who are seeking or providing support related to women's entrepreneurship in India. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Accounts & Registration
Certain features — such as mentorship matching, course access, and community participation — require registration through ivirth.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or application.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users, mentors, or staff.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its systems, or other users' accounts.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without our written permission.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt the Platform.
5. User-Submitted Content
When you submit content through forms on the Platform — including success stories, mentor applications, partner inquiries, or contact messages — you grant SEED a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform, unless you indicate otherwise in writing. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
6. Mentorship & Programs
SEED facilitates connections between mentors, partners, and entrepreneurs but does not guarantee specific business, financial, or funding outcomes. Mentorship sessions, workshops, and events are provided on a best-effort basis by independent mentors and partner organisations, and SEED is not responsible for the advice given or outcomes achieved through these interactions.
7. Third-Party Links & Services
The Platform may link to third-party websites and services (including ivirth.com, government scheme portals, and partner organisations). SEED does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own discretion and risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to SEED/Ivirth, unless otherwise stated, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of downloadable resources explicitly marked as free to use.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SEED makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including information about funding schemes, legal guidance, or government programs. Always verify scheme details with the relevant official source before relying on them.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEED and Ivirth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Platform or its community.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
